Greetings, Egg-stended Family!Cooked a Prime Rib Roast for the wife and my folks tonight. Did a reverse sear on the LBGE. A simple garlic, salt, and pepper rub on the outside with a little EVOO. Cooked it at between 220 and 225 for almost three hours, then cranked the Egg to 550 for the finish. Served with roasted brussels sprouts, cauliflower mashers, and a little au jus.I'll be doing a turkey on Sunday night (spatched, natch), so I'll post pics of that as well.Happy T-Day to all!

My first Thanksgiving with my LBGE. 18# bird took about 4.5 hours.

I had no time to take pics.
But for the record, my bird had 6 wings, 4 thighs, but only 2 drumsticks.
