modification: reduced soy sauce by about 30%, omitted oregano (suggested by a great cook on the other forum), added sesame oil, gin, fish sauce and five spice powder, all by touch/feel.

Made this again tonight, with wings. Same mods as first time, plus 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar.canuckland
