Peoria 3rd annual eggfest is now history

Despite a beautiful morning before noon the sky darkened and dumped a ton of rain on us - oh, well a good time was still had by all!
Here's a pix of drbbq who cooked a variety of foods and had an audience around him - though this was an early picture.

None of the winners were posters here so all I'll relate is they were truly winning entries and deserving!
3rd place was a wonderful flaky salmon
2nd place was a pork loin - bone in (first time he ever cooked on a BGE - boy now that is a testimonial huh?!!!)
1st place was a to die for pizza[p]I personally handed out slips of paper to folks with this web site to try to get them to visit us - so howdy to any who make it here![p]And last but not least Thank you to our dealer, Jerry and his merry band of Tracy, Jessica and Eric.[p]

    We had a great time too, Ron. Glad we could make it this year.I'm addicted to the banana's that were made. We were unaware that 2st place had never cooked on an egg. He better buy one now!!!
