2 Butts & a Question
It is unseasonably warm here in MD today and I'm working from home, so I have two butts going turbo. One with Bad Byron's and one with Dizzy Dust. This will be dinner tonight and the leftovers will go to a Thanksgiving potluck at the office tomorrow.
I did some searching, and I'll be reheating in the crock pot with some chicken broth at the office tomorrow, it should be the best combination of effectiveness and the equipment I have. My question is how much broth should I use?

Just 2 or 3 cups to cover the bottom of the crockpot with around an inch of liquid works for me.

Personally I use a little apple juice when reheating. Just an idea!

Put the pork in first, add and mix as you go, start with a cup. Go a little "wetter" to allow for evaporation throughout the day. You will be a hero.

I'll keep that in mind for future, right now the only apple juice we have are juice boxes for my daughter's lunch.gamason said:Personally I use a little apple juice when reheating. Just an idea!
