NY Strip with Blue Cheese Crust

I cooked these Strips using Trex method to 125 internal. I then put them in the oven to broil for a few minutes with Blue Cheese Crust that @ChicagoEgghead20 posted a couple weeks ago. Perfect Med Rare. These were the only pic's that came out well! I'd had a couple drinks!! They were pretty damn good. I won't do this every time, but it was a nice change of flavor.
