Chicken Bombs - 1st Attempt

... and it was a success.  Pretty easy and everyone thought they were delicious and unique.  

Used boneless skinless chicken thighs, cream cheese & cheddar mix, BBBR on chix, bacon, and Sweet Baby Ray's vidalia onion bbq sauce.  Cooked at 350-375 raised direct for about 50 minutes or so.

Thanks to many on this board for directions and inspiration.
