Mini/MM table and chops

I got this tool table from Costco for $90 and it holds the mini and MM perfect. I have been getting sick of always having to find something to put them on to cook and this worked out great. 350lb rating and it has a bottom shelf and a drawer. I got one of the pork roasts from Costco and cut it into 4 2 bone chops. Hit them with some Byrons and seared with butter on the mini then indirect on the MM at 350. This was the best pork I have ever eaten.

Hope that cart has locking wheels or i see 2 broken eggs in your future.

Yeah the 2 back wheels lock. Also the ground is level where I cook in the walk way. The cart is really sturdy though. Its more sturdy than a large in the factory nest for sure.

Ok i like the cart idea just would hate to see it roll off the concrete and fall over and break either egg. Dang chops look good too.

Yeah I was pretty cautious rolling them around at first. Luckily our garage doesn't have a lip when they poured it they smoothed it out at an angle so its easy to roll the eggs in and out. I cut up one of the chops and made a pork and cheese quesadilla for dinner tonight. Forget who posted these a couple weeks back but I'm glad I saw it.
