I have read that brisket takes roughly 2.5 - 3 hrs per lbs at 250 dome. If I cooked 2 points and 2 flats (or more) how much might the cooking time per lbs vary?

NutmEGGer,
As long as you have airspace around everything, and you cook using your grate level as a temp guide, your times should not vary from what you normally experience. If you go by dome temp only, your times will be a bit of a mystery,as the grate level can be as much as 100 degrees lower than the dome when it is loaded up with cold meat.[p]Hope that helps! Happy cookin. Sounds like a party!
