2 Pork Butts-how long to smoke/cook

I am planning on fixing 2 pork butts this weekend for a gathering we are hosting. The butts each weigh 7-8lb each. We need them done and rested by 5:00. We have had great success in fixing one pork butt on our large green egg but have never attempted 2. When we fix one we set the egg to 250 degrees for 8 hours (meat reaches 170 degrees) then we wrap and place back on till it reaches 190-200 then rest in a cooler for 1-3 hours. How long will it take for 2 pork butts? We are always more concerned with temp but need to have it done at a specific time for this go around. Help!
