Buffalo Cauliflower and Wings, inspired by Walt2015, and some other stuff.

Unlike Walt2015, I cheated and used store-bought Buffalo Wing Sauce (SBR).  For heat, I first sprinkled the cauliflower w/ Hungarian paprika and then tossed it in a Ziploc bag with the sauce.  Then, raised indirect @ 350°.

Man does not live by cauliflower alone, so chicken wings, bacon-wrapped scallops, bacon-wrapped mini-Portabella mushrooms were part of

the mix:

When I started the Egg today, the temperature was 27°.  American.

So . . . I needed a fire to keep me warm.
