MDSH and I finally had a weekend to ourselves. No grand kids ball games. No travel to Tallahassee. No sitting the grands. Just a weekend to sit around the pool, cook on the egg and enjoy football. MDSH decided he wanted ribs, so ribs it was and he wanted enough to have leftovers. So I got 6 racks. Yes we have leftovers. The ribs were the best I have ever cooked thanks to @Mickey and @RRP. The ribs were cooked turbo Micky style and rubbed with mayo RRP style. No pictures because I didn't think that there would be much interest in another rib cook but I did want to thank you both for sharing the info. Thanks..... ;;)

I believe you and thank you for the tip of the hat! @PhotoEgg did a butt with mayo overnight and reported he liked the looks and texture, but hasn't reported yet on the taste.. Now @revolver1 is planning to to a pork loin roast using mayo.

Me too.   I did two racks of bb's tonight as per Mickey.  Rubbed  with Rufus Teague's and finishd with SBR's sauce..  Not too much left over.   Excellent way to do ribs.

I did a pork butt with Miracle Whip over night. Pulled today, it was super moist.

Agree. 2 hours at 350 is great. We did the first 3 racks and sent them over to the daughters house and then I cooked the next 3 racks for us. Hellman's was our mayo of choice. Good eats. ;;)
