I have a Stoker. I put the food probe in the side on the thickest part of the flat. However, when you probe with TP go from top to test for "like buttuh".LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL
