Hello,

This is what I have just finished baking on my egg. This one is called a "dios csiga" in hungarian, which literally translates to "snail with walnut". My english is a bit weak for this, but it is a "puff pastry" (pate feuillete), garnished richly with walnut and sugar, rolled up, cut into slices and baked in the oven.
