My daughters favorite Margherita pizza, 12 inch pizza skin hand tossed to about 15 inches on the 16 inch pizza screen (we love thin crust) tomatoes, basil, pizza seasoning and 50-50 Motz and Prov cheese with extra sauce cooked it at 500 dome for about 18 minutes total, 10 minutes on the pizza screen long enough for it to firm up and then additional eight minutes directly on the stone. We love pizza off the BGE

Brother magic, is this déjà vu? At any rate, that is some fine looking pies my friend. Awesome job =D>

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

No Deja Vu here, I made pizza both Friday and Saturday and although Saturday's pizza was pretty plain it's my daughters favorite. I myself love man pizza, you know MEAT, Pepperoni ham and sausage and if the truth be told green peppers, mushrooms and oinion just your basic deluxe how ever my wife and daughter are in the veggie camp (can I get a moment of silence)
