    @Spaceman, the brisket looks great and very tasty. What size egg ate you cooking on? With a 10 to 11 pounder you shouldn't have run out on a large if filled it all the way up. I've done 12 to 15 hour cooks on XL and always have plenty of lump for more cooks. Next time fill it up to just below the plate setter and you shouldn't have the temp issues. A good pit controller will help too. I don't have one, but it would make things easier. Great cook and if you keep it simple it comes out well most of the time I have found.
