Saturday special
Grass-finished steak. Not the greatest pics, but it was tasty.

Great color on the steak. Nicely done!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

I am really starting to think that is the best way to cook a steak and you nailed it =D>Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).

Thanks. I liked the taste/texture off the CI, but caveman is so much easier. The strip was still frozen so that's why I did the reverse sear. It would be so much easier if I had another egg for the sear.Steven

Great looking steak. I hear you about the second egg... I was at a store yesterday that had smalls and minis for $400, boy was it tempting.Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle
