While Pam hands out candy i'll be making some CI fry pan pizza on the XL , and prepping a 16 pound brisket for the extra large egg and then a 5 pound pork belly goes into the cure for bacon next weekend . Gonna be a busy night with good eats all weekend . Whats everyone else have on the menu ?

Halloween party tomorrow night. Cooking a 11lb packer and a 7lb butt for overnight. 10lbs of wings, 3lbs of sausage and 3 tuna loins for tomorrow afternoons cook. Also have chic fil a nugget tray and a bunch of side dishes too. Gonna be great!,,Chester, MD

Ate a bone in filet at capital grille tonight...now on to the egg...12lbs mad max turkey tomorrow for fl/ga game, then putting on a 14.6lb packer for Sunday's nfl and nascar!

Guess I'm the only one who cheated tonight...after thawing a pint of my favorite chili and a pint of my wife's favorite cheese/veggie soup both which had been frozen in FS bags I reheated them in a DO on the stove in a pot of hot water. Sometimes there is no need to bust your butt for a great easy to fix and enjoy meal! Again as I have said here before...we don't have left overs...we have "make ahead" meals!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.
