Pork loin, taters, and broccoli all on Egg

Did another pork loin.  The one from last week was really good so I wanted to do another.  I ate them as sliders.

Pork was rubbed with canola oil, salt, pepper, fresh garlic, brown sugar, parsley flake, season salt, little Dizzy Dust (Cosmic Cow), and some fresh lemon juice.  Let that sit for 4 hours in fridge uncovered.

Cooked 400° raised and direct until 145°.  Foiled for 15 min and then sliced.

Potatoes consisted of russet potatoes, onion, green pepper, and green onion.

Roasted broccoli was drizzled with EVOO, salt, pepper, and fresh garlic.  Roasted raised direct at 400°.

Sauce was made with fresh apple sauce that was made last weekend.  Added orange juice, ketchup, salt, pepper, Texas Pete, brown sugar, white vinegar.  Turned out very good and accompanied the pork very well.

Now the pictures....

Sun was pretty intense.  Beautiful day, but this picture isn't the best.
