Saturday brisket

My brother is coming into town for a Wilco concert tonight so I'm trying my hand at a brisket for the pre show tailgating. Only my third decent sized brisket. We just can't get full size beef cuts here in pork country. It's a 6.5# flat so I'm doing it Travis style to ensure it stays moist.
