How do you like your ribs? WET or Dry?
Comments

Mostly, I like sauced with it carmelized at the end. I didn't eat them dry until I started making them on the egg. Now it's my rub and my smoke, and I appreciate a dry rib much more. I'm making them now. One half slab dry and one and a half wet.Cooking on an XL and Medium in Bethesda, MD.

I will make them with a dry rub. At the very end I will paint them with a homemade BBQ sauce and allow them carmilize.

Isn't that a wet rib? That's how I cook my wet ribs too. I prefer dry rub rib, not much into sauce.Mikee said:I will make them with a dry rub. At the very end I will paint them with a homemade BBQ sauce and allow them carmilize.

I like them wet with Bone Suckin Sauce during the last 20 minutes.

This process is considered wet ribs. If you use sauce in the cooking proceed it is considered wet, based on what Pitmasters say and I agree. Is rub only, but mustard or olive can be used before rub is put on to create a bark.Mikee said:I will make them with a dry rub.
