Seared Sea Scallops with Gingered Pea Purée and Cilantro Gremolata

Resurrected this dish from a pile of old recipes. Served with Bacon Bread (yesterday's post). Quick and easy cook, seared scallops raised direct, but wish I had used my griddle or plancha to get that nice golden texture.
