My first try at non-turbo ribs. Turned out to be the best ribs i've ever cooked by a long shot.
Process:
Generous rub and let set for 30 min to let them sweat good.
Put on egg at 260F indirect for 2hr 30 min.
Pull off and rub generously with honey & brown sugar.
Wrap tightly in foil and place back on grill with the bones up for 1hr
Pull out of foil and put back on grill bone down and baste lightly in bbq sauce for 20 more min.
Rest 20 min. (hardest part)

I was going off of a friends advice. How long do you normally cook your ribs?
-
Looks like they came out pretty darn good, but I'm a nube with the BGE, Certainly enjoyed the first batch of ribs I did for 5 hrs.LBGE - I like the hot stuff. The big dry San Joaquin Valley, Clovis, CA

My rib cooks run about 6 hours. If your going with the 3-2-1 method its 6 hours.

Btw, looks good
