I only see one problem with your setup. The ceramic top is on. Take that thing off and let your egg's inner self out. It's cooking time.

New to the forum.... however always learning. About the only thing I do consistently well are beer can chickens.... only done one brisket and 3 sets of ribs.. many steaks but have a hard time getting it to 700+ consistently unless I clean the WHOLE thing and add fresh coal each timestemc33 said:I only see one problem with your setup. Very stout looking table, looks great. The only thing I notice is that there is no bottle opener.
