Been working longer days so haven't been eggin as much as I want. Today it was time to enjoy a good egged meal. 400* direct for everything. Even grilled the shells slightly. Tomatoes, avocado,cilantro, and some grated habenero pepper jack cheese.

Nice! The key to any good fajita is to cook the proteins whole and then cut them up. Chicken looks nice and moist. Sweet.
