Thanks everybody! It was a fun night. Fantastic lil Bday party. We were finally able to meet our Sons GF (real sweet Southern Belle). The steaks were fun to do this way. And the flavor was incredible.

The basting sauce»»» 1 stick of sweet cream butter, some canola oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced shallot and S&P. Used some rosemary, sage and thyme tied to a wooden spoon. Steaks were dried and seasoned with a basic S&P with a lite coat of canola. Pit at 700℉. Seared on CI grid and then let rest. Placed the CI pan in and brought it to temp. Began basting and getting the crust to the steaks and lastly finished with a little butter.
The pan was perfect and fit 4 large steaks at a time so, I was able to have the whole meal complete at the same time.

Wal-Mart for around $37 ish. It's a 14" Lodge. With the handles around 18" & it fits into the LBGE perfectly. And if ya wanted it clears the dome when on the PS for a possible pizza, calzone, or Runza bake.
