    I get a lot of useful info from twitter.  It really depends on your interests and whom you follow.

    I don't participate a whole lot - mostly just with friends.

    I am a twitter addict. If it's news you want, it's there for you instantly. If your sports addicted - same. One bit of advice, if you choose to use the mobile app ... it's gonna go off non-stop. So adjust your settings accordingly.
