mini...part deus

Cooking for 3, fajitas on the mini in the Lodge skillet.

Pulled the skillet and grilled the flat iron. Used the jaccard, marinated in Stubbs meat marinade, redneck hot tub and grilled to 130.

Topped with everything but especially the candied jalapeños. Damn good stuff.

The mini handled it fine. One good thing is no left overs...."forcing" me to cook tomorrow.
