The @MeatChurch @BigGreenCraig cook team will be making enough food for thousands of people. The menu will consist of.......

1. "Just Da Tip Roll" (Reverse Seared Tri-Tip is the star of this dish)
   
2. Paella
   
3. Corn Dog Brisket Bites
   
4. Maple Bacon Cookies

It's reverse seared beef tri tip, charred asparagus, Siracha mayo  and fried onions, rolled into a sushi roll. Topped toasted sesame seeds.
