Boneless Pork Chops

Going with a simple cook tonight. Using some Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin I received from @TTO, Olive Oil, and Rub. Going indirect at 225 until I reach internal temp of 140.

Looks good! How long did they take at that temp?

Dillonjm they were on there a good while.  I'm not sure of the exact time and too be honest I think the temp was slightly above 250 towards the end.  I was just relaxing outside and periodically checking them with my Thermapen. I'll do a better job of keeping details on my next cook.  Sorry.

No worries. I normally cook to temperature these days but try to figure out what I can cook, either last minute or preplanned, depending on how much time I have before dinner time.
