Picked up some fresh wings at the store. Cutem up and brined them for an hour.
Rinsed them 3 times and then paper towel dried them.
Seasoned with 2 different rubs and put back in the fridge for another hour uncovered
Cooking direct at 400 degrees
Ready to eat
