SGH or anyone else, used my turkey fryer yesterday for cast iron and it made a mess of my seasoning. The ghee caught of fire and realized of the lower smoke point of that. What do you use to season for such a high temp?

Just dedicate a skillet to that kind of abuse and know that you will never have a thick seasoning.
