first ribs cook

Did my first cook of spare ribs last night using RRP's turbo method as described in his post last week:


Cooked for 2 hrs 5 mins at 320 indirect.  Threw three chunks of hickory in right at the time the ribs hit the egg.  Flipped at 55 minutes, then flipped again and based at 1 hour 55 mins.  Came out fantastic!
