Sterilization trick

@bud812 It appears that he is sterilizing the tongs from the heat of the egg. 

I always just use two pair of tongs for all of my cooks. At about the halfway point or so I switch over to the clean ones. 

So far I haven't killed anyone.

I keep my tongs in a bucket of raw chicken. That's looking like a better technique.

I put the food on, pick up dog poop, and beat feral cats with mine. No issues.

More often than not, I use the same tongs for the duration. Been doing it since the 70s. No issues.

I put the chicken on and then use the tongs to clean out the liter box.

Single tongs for years here. I typically use my hands to place on the dirty bird on the grate. Don't use tongs until flip time.

@johnkitchens‌ Oh I'm getting downright slap-happy now!!!!! I'm paying for my prior sins of football... Got a bad neck. Even though I'm still handing onto my last digit of 30's; I've got the neck of a 80 yr old bull rider.... When the hands go numb, it's time to go see the old Chiro again!
