APL rack of short ribs (lots of pics) Wow!
Finally sourced a rack of short ribs, so exited. Fire up the egg with oak and pecan for smoke. Prepared the moisturizer and rubs applied to the ribs and on the egg for 5 hours. Removed and wrapped with the wrapping sauce ( brown sugar, honey and beef base) then back on the egg for a hour. Removed from foil and back on the egg for another hour. Then rested on a board sauce (,beef juices, olive oil and parsley. Amazing!

That looks killer man! It may be a while till I do one of APL's recipe, but I need to do one of his board sauces really soon.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....
