Coho Salmon with Honey Glaze

Hey Everyone,

I'm new to the forum, got my Large in May and been cooking nightly ever since. Tonight's dinner was a Coho Salmon cooked on a cedar plank.  Started with a filet from Costco for $23.99 in the Chicago area, applied my rub, lemon and fresh from my garden rosemary for a sweet and spicy salmon.

Rub Ingredients (start with a 1/2 teaspoon of each for 1 filet)
-Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
-Turbinado Sugar
-Dried Basil
-Ground Cumin
-Ground White Pepper
-Ground Black Pepper
-Paprika
-Cayenne Pepper
-Chil Powder
-Ground Ginger
-Poultry Seasoning
-Garlic Powder
-Onion Powder

Then I inserted the rosemaryand finished with a lemon drizzle and honey glaze (I prefer Kalas Orange Blossom out of Wisconsin, but like Savannah Bee Company as well).

Cooked it at 350 dome temp on a cedar plank for 40 or so minutes until internal reached 150 - then opened up and drizzled a little more honey and closed it up for a few minutes for it to caramelize

Before and after pics below.
