Trader Joe's Frozen Seasoned Frenched Rack of Lamb

Lamb defrosted sat out for 1Hr.
While the Lamb was coming up to room temp. I roasted a potato
On the grill @400* for a 20 min. sear roast
Looks like I grilled it just right, Jackies Brussels Sprouts were perfect and the baked potato with butter, bacon, and sour cream were wonderful as well

What kind of grid setup did you use there? Looks like you started the cook on the meat side then flipped halfway? Would appreciate any specifics you could provide.
