It's not going to be quite October but still super excited to have Chef Dez come and cook for us at Beachcomber in Coquitlam, BC on Sunday Sept 28th!  (pretty close to Eggtober :)   We are having an Egg weekend with BBQ on Friday night - I'm thinking baked beans in cast pot with grilled sausage (any one have the ultimate baked bean recipe?)  Then Chef Dez cooking Sat 11-3 and a closing desert on the Sunday - suggestions?  We are always looking for suggestions on easy, no fuss, delicious recipes to make and would appreciate any input from the forum.  If you happen to live in our area, please feel free to pop in if you want to speak with Chef Dez about any egg questions you may have.
