Weekend Baby Backs
Been a member for awhile but this is my first food post. B-Backs slathered w/ mustard and Dr. BBQ's sweet rub. Cooked 2-2-1, foiled w/ apple juice. Used KC Masterpiece w/some maple syrup mixed in for sauce. Yup, I like em sweet. They turned out great, had a nice chew rather than falling off the bone.
This on looks a little dry because it sat awhile before I took the photo.
For dessert,, cherry pie...
LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI.
