    I considered that, too. The roll is about 6-7" from the Egg, with two 2x4s in between. What's the danger, there... sparks, really. I can't see the heat getting intense enough to light the paper in the absence of an ignition source.

    That IS a nice little combustible log sitting right there, though, isn't it? I'll keep an eye out. I'll probably remove the roll if I'm not going to be in front of it for any amount of time.
