I would call that stock a good low-level alarm point.  I keep around 5-6 20lb bags of Rockwood as the reserve stock.  Once I hit the reserve time to reload and cycle the inventory, although I really doubt lump can get stale >-   YMMV-

I purchase my lump in 200# lots. I sometimes sell a bag or 2 to coworkers or my sister. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
Just picked up a bag of RW at Firecraft last week. They are just 5 miles from where I work.
