Pizza
First time making pizza .I let my pizza machine make my dough change one thing on it but other then that the dough was perfect for me and my wife.
The dough took 90 min to make.I let it rest for about 60 min.
While it was resting i stared up my medium egg.this was the hardest part of the whole thing try to get it to stay between 400-450 .the first time it got there i put the ps in and it dropped temp no biggie .then it got up to 400-450 i put the 12 inch pizza stone on.let that warm up for 15 min.
While the pizza stone was heating up i cut the dough in half rolled it out and put on the toppings. Then put the pizza on some parchment paper. Two min into the cook i took the parchment off.
The first pizza took about 10 min. When that pizza was half done i stared to make the second one.good timeing .The first was done and then the second went on which took lees time.
my wife and i were really surprise at well the pizza came out and tasted
This wont be the last time for pizza.

Looks good. I am no expert, but the pizza class I had this Saturday said to let you for set for at least 2 hours. More air bubbles in it the better. I can't wait to try some cool recipes.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.

@carl292 - I don't know if this is going to turn out good or not, but the one I am going to try is here: http://howtomakepizza.weebly.com/how-to-make-pizza-dough.html
This is 'supposed' to make a 15" pizza. The only difference I am going to do in the directions, is:
Add the yeast & sugar to the water and wait until it foams (about 8-10 minutes) before I add it to the flour and other ingredients. It seems to be the way most do it on the YouTube videos I researched.

I always used my bread machine to make pizza dough. The last time I made pizza(not pan pizza), I mixed the recipe by hand and let it ferment overnight.
It's amazing the difference it makes by letting the dough sit overnight. The stretchability was night and day difference. I don't know exactly how it works, but I know that it has something to do with elongation of gluten strands and carbon dioxide bubbles. Somebody will chime in with the science portion I'm sure. The bread machine is great for a last minute pizza decision, but if your planning for pizza you should try the overnight thing.Steven
