Bok choy! Side dish

Love saying that. Made grilled baby bok choy tonight as a side. Tossed BBC with oil and grilled - pic is trying to do direct on grill - worked best in a grill basket. Made a sauce for it - garlic and ginger sautéed in OO, chopped in a few small tomatoes, splash of mirin, a little salt and pepper. Tossed the BBC with the sauce.
