just got done fixing and eating.........I've got to get my digital camera going so I can take pictures and post. [p]Marinated them for about 3 hours in just some olive oil, rosemary, lemon juice, lemon zest and then put some salt and pepper on them. [p]I might have a new favorite meal for awhile.......hopefully Costco continues carrying them for awhile. They were about an inch thick and were tender as can be......[p]It's meals like this that makes me realize, again, the Egg was worth every penny that I paid. Now we are looking to get my father-in-law a medium egg for his birthday since he loves to cook and has Egg Envy.

WVU-EGG,[p]Veal chops are great on the egg and I do them very similar to the way you described. They are so tender that I find I can season them and get whatever else we are having ready and they still taste great without a long marinade. Not much talk of veal chops on the forum... give them a try!!
