small London broil

SWMBO picked up a small 12 oz london broil last night and asked me what we could do with it. I have no idea. Suggestions? I like the idea of a reverse sear, but is this thing too small to even egg?

For something that small. I'd say cook it like a steak, hot and fast.

Olive oil, fresh rosemary fresh garlic st and pepper cook it direct rare to med rare. Slice on angle. I let mine marinade for about 2 hrs before I cook it. Cheers
