First Brisket
Tried my first brisket today. Rubbed two small 2 lb. pieces, 6 hrs. on the man grid over platesetter, then 1.5 hr. in a foil bag with a cup of coffee. Fantastic !! Question: Do you BGE people ever eat your brisket with BBQ sauce ?
