I kinda feel dumb posting any details cuz it seems most posters know more than I do, but I'll be happy to give any details you want on any of my cooks.

That was a very good request @ZarconI remember when I was first starting out having the same issues. I would see great cooks but no info. I think people were more guarded back then. Or didn't want to let slip a secret recipe of technique. Things have changed since then thankfully.

I also remember when there was only one forum for the BGE. Often times I would ask for details or a recipe only to be totally ignored. When the split occurred, I posted on both for awhile, but it seemed to me (and I'm just saying what it felt like to me) that the people who ignored requests for details and recipes all stayed over there. So now I just post over here.

I learned alot over the years on different bbq forums, so I just try to pay it back by helping others out. I've been slacking of late but with fall around the corner, I'll be more active. But if you have a question, ask away and I, or others, will answer asap. I won't answer if a few people have already covered how I would respond.
