Linda and I went to meet Ms Chan after lots of phone calls. She is just as super in person as on the phone. Please call her for your Wok, she will take care of you as she has for lots of us. And yes, I fully endorse her.

Tane Chan is super nice and they're great to deal with. I always enjoy my visits there (just wish parking was easier and cheaper).XL, Large, Small, Mini Eggs, Shirley Fabrication 24x36 Patio, Humphrey's Weekender, Karubecue C-60, MAK 1-Star General, Hasty Bake Gourmet, Santa Maria Grill, Webers: 14" WSM, 22.5" OTG, 22.5" Kettle Premium, WGA Charcoal, Summit S-620 NG

Mickey, I'm assuming you bought a wok. If so, was it one to be use on the BGE? What type would you recommend?XL BGE - Indianapolis, IN

I have an old commecial wok I may have to try it out. I've never tried a wok on the egg but, it looks as though I'm missing out on some good cooks.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL -

I have 5 from the wok shop. Various sizes and styles. How about Chinatown in SF, huh? Awesome right?
