My question is: How do you get the text under your post? Usually people list their egg size or city and state they are living in. Thanks in advance...

It is a sig file. Go to your profile page by clicking your name under the red "My Profile" on the right side of this page. 

Then click "edit profile". Then click "Signature Settings". You can create the sig file there.

@bcsnave You will have to host your pic somewhere on another site. 

You will click the insert image button and provide the link to your pic. For example your link to your pic may be, http://www.bcsnave.com/biggreeneggforumpic.jpg
