Sorta OT - Pressure Ovens

Got a catalog from Sur la Table today, and while leafing through it (properly, with pinkie extended) I noticed a "pressure oven", which apparently cooks a full chicken in 35 minutes in pressurized air (kinda like a quick chicken cook in pressurized oil, ie broasting).  It's endorsed by Wolfgang Puck; I normally could give a thing about celebrity endorsements, but unlike Emeril or the Food Channel bimbos, Puck is an actual chef.  
I've not heard of this technology before, am interested in reading up about it.
