Grill was set for direct cooking, 400 deg dome, one piece of hickory for a little smoke. Skin on salmon fillet, flesh brushed with oil. Rub is fennel, marjoram, rosemary, salt and pepper, and a little raw sugar, ground in mortar and pestle. Grilled flesh down for 4 minutes, then flip and grill another 4.
